A leading retail bank are recruiting for an experienced full stack developer working in multiple technologies to join their team.
The 'Shared Components' programme;their components are strategic solutions; a set of common standardized software products with similar architecture that can be used by anyone within the bank. As common, reusable products they allow easier implementation and give their customers the ability to adopt multiple shared components. Their dedicated teams work closely with you from the very initial engagement right through to go-live. They build the product and then help you with your integration, configuration, and support, whilst still maintaining ownership of the product itself.

Understanding of Commercial software
What we're looking for:
A "can-do" attitude, capability of bootstrapping projects, and ability to effectively work with multi-disciplinary, internal and external distributed teams across the project lifecycle
Solid understanding of RESTful Services API design & development with Node.js, enterprise integration patterns, and messaging technologies (JMS, MQ, or similar)
Solid experience with front-end web development technologies: React/Redux, HTML5/CSS3, ES6,Babel,WebPack,
Strong understanding and experience of using testing & mocking frameworks, to support automated unit-testing and test-driven approaches (Mocha/Chai, Sinon/Mockery/rewire, TDD, BDD)
Experience with agile development practices, continuous delivery.
Awareness of modern deployment architectures & concepts beneficial (e.g. Serverless, containerisation/Docker, Cloud).
Strong understanding of configuration management tools as well as automation and build frameworks (Git/Gerrit, Jenkins)
Experience across the entire software development life-cycle from inception, through build to production (including an appreciation manageability, supportability, and troubleshooting)
Passion for working within a team
