Urgent Contract Javascript Fullstack Developer required for a leading e-commerce platform who are building 3 new greenfield platforms to complement their existing one.

As a contract Senior Javascript Developer, you will be conducting a Fullstack role using React.JS and Node.JS.

Our client is looking to accelerate the development of 3 bespoke greenfield platforms, hence, why they are engaging contractors to help bolster the team. The Javascript Developer will need to "hit the ground running" but also act as a thought leader in the Javascript engineering community. They are currently experiencing some interesting challenges with spikes in traffic along with how their new tech stack is being adopted.

- Good working culture where the engineers are given lots of autonomy.

Senior Javascript Developer responsibilities:

Developing high quality, testable software using agile principles such as TDD and pair programming
Contributing and leading the technical direction of the team
Active participant within the software engineering community
Driving best technology and software development practices

Skills required:

TDD and BDD and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular & Node.js)
Proficient coding custom JavaScript solutions
Open source contributions
